We ask you to take a few moments to view all the Training and Safety Videos provided and ask that you check back often to see if new updated videos have been added.
These first 3 videos will help explain the role of the Row Coordinators and the Members who are picking it is imparitive that every member take a few moments to view these videos. Even if you have come to the orchard for the past 30 years you will find great teaching material that will help each of us pick more efficientlly and safely providing a more prosperous harvest.
Always pick your tree from the bottom up, and from the outside to the center of the tree.
when you do this less pears will less likely to be knocked off the tree.
